Do I have to pay anything up front?
Yes. We'll need a 50% down payment to begin work on any project under $5,000. For projects over $5,000 we'll need 1/3 upfront.
Is search engine optimization included with design?
Yes. WholeSearch™ Analytics, WholeSearch™ InSITE™ & Emergence™ Manager are included (free) too.
Will I get a proposal that outlines what you'll do?

Yes. That's included with your website. Contact us for more information.
How long does it take you to build our site?
It depends. Before we develop any concepts, we spend time talking with you to make sure we get it right. But the time frame also depends on you.
Some of what we need:
- We'll need all of the information and materials from you on time.
- We'll need you to give us approval or feedback promptly.
- We'll need you to sign off on things you approve of.
- We'll need prompt payment to start and complete the project.
Do you offer any small business discounts?
No. We do offer discounts for schools and non profit organizations.
Do you provide financing?
Yes, to qualified clients. We still require a 50% down payment for any project under $5,000, 1/3 down for anything above that.
Who owns my site when it's done?
You do. Full ownership is transferred to you once we receive payment.
I have a nonprofit organization and have a limited budget. Can you help?

I don't think a website will do anything for me, am I right?
